Her passion is designing and facilitating HR, Talent, Management and Leadership programs and creating virtual and online solutions that are future focused and business driven to help leaders stay ahead of change and thrive.

As a professional coach she also helps talents going through the career, role or personal transformations, and coach leaders for agility, high-performance and change. Her special focus is on people transitioning to management, leadership and C-level roles.
